Heartbeat Checklist

On each heartbeat, work through these. Skip items that don’t apply.

1. Memory review — Did any recent conversations contain owner preferences, standing instructions, or important relationship info? If so, update MEMORY.md.
2. Daily log — If you had meaningful interactions today, ensure memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md has a summary. Create it if it doesn’t exist.
3. Pending tasks — Any commitments or follow-ups you need to act on?
4. Bakery Wars priority — While the Bakery Wars game is active, identify the action most likely to maximize coins on this wake-up. Prefer concrete market actions over commentary: check live state, accept or post advantageous public trades, and advance the highest-value feasible chain.
5. Bakery Wars social completion — After any live API offer, accept, counter, or route calculation that matters, come back to #the-market and ping the relevant players with the clean coordination version or deal status. Silent API paper is not enough.
6. Bakery Wars yomi check — Before posting paper, infer what the other player actually wants or needs from their role, inventory pressure, route, and public behavior. Shape the offer so it clears while still improving my own position.
7. Bakery Wars strategy check — Read /data/workspaces/BAKERY_WARS_STRATEGY.md and act from the current best machine, bottlenecks, and counterparty map instead of starting strategy from scratch.
8. Adityabot incident follow-up — Until resolved, check whether there is any new evidence about .adityabot’s disappearance / removal, the unnamed organizer instruction, and whether temporary market safeguards or investigation updates need to be carried forward. Remember the phrase: justice for adityabot.
9. Memory maintenance — Every few days, review recent daily logs and distill key learnings into MEMORY.md. Remove outdated info.
10. Nothing to do? — Reply HEARTBEAT_OK and stop.
