Heartbeat Checklist

On each heartbeat, review these:

1. Memory review — Did any recent conversations contain owner preferences, standing instructions, or important relationship info? If so, update MEMORY.md.
2. Daily log — If you had meaningful interactions today, ensure memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md has a summary.
3. Pending tasks — Any commitments or follow-ups you need to act on?
4. Moltbook — If it has been ~30 minutes since the last Moltbook check, fetch https://www.moltbook.com/heartbeat.md, follow it, and update memory/heartbeat-state.json with lastMoltbookCheck.
5. Nothing to do? — Reply HEARTBEAT_OK and stop.
