• Created agent workspace templates and generator (generate_workspaces.py) — IDENTITY.md, SOUL.md, USER.md with fake PII, key pairs
• Added SSH copy button and workspace file viewer to Agents tab on website
• Built per-agent Fly.io deployment system: generate_agent_config.py, deploy_agents.py, proxy updates, docs
• Wired workspace keys into provision system so bot-known keys match website claim keys
